The present invention discloses an oil-gas separator with a built-in blade-type deflector and a conical oil collector, comprising an oil-containing gas inlet, a separator casing, gradually divergent inlet pipes, a blade-type deflector, a filter, an oil collector, an oil storage chamber, an oil outlet, and an oil-removed gas outlet. The built-in blade-type deflector can evenly transport the imported oil-containing gas to the filter in a circumferential direction under the guiding action of the blades to filter the oil, and has good flow characteristics. A conical oil collector is installed at the lower section and the separated oil droplets can be centralizedly collected in an oil storage chamber independent of other spaces in the separator casing, thereby achieving physical isolation of the oil and purified gas. The oil-gas separator with the built-in blade-type flow guide and conical oil collector features a reasonable structural design, effectively reduces secondary contamination of purified gas, improves separation efficiency, ensures the purity of outlet gas, and demonstrates significant application prospects.
