[Patent Abstract]

The present invention discloses a compact-coupled inertance tube-type high-frequency linear pulse tube cryocooler and its manufacturing method. The cryocooler comprises a main base, a secondary base, a compressor special-shaped base, the main components of the opposed linear compressor, a left compressor casing, a right compressor casing, a hot end heat exchanger, a main heat exchanger, a secondary heat exchanger, a regenerator, a pulse tube, a cold end heat exchanger, a vacuum shell, the pulse tube connecting tubes, an inertance tube, a gas reservoir, a protective shell, and a lifting support. This invention can fully utilize the structural characteristics of the linear pulse tube cryocoolers, inertance tube phase shifters and linear compressors, achieving compactness and high reliability of the system. It has great significance for the practical application of linear pulse tube cryocoolers in special fields such as space.
