The present invention discloses a hybrid cryogenic system in extremely-low temperature ranges and its control method, the system comprises a pre-cooling refrigerator, a needle valve, a vacuum gauge, and a compressor, a mass flow meter, a pressure sensor, a first-stage recuperative heat exchanger, a pre-cooling heat exchanger, a second-stage recuperative heat exchanger, a throttling device and an evaporator, that are connected in sequence through the high-pressure pipes. The pre-cooling heat exchanger and the evaporator are connected through the bypass pipe equipped with a needle valve, and the low-pressure pipes connect the evaporator, the second-stage recuperative heat exchanger, the first-stage recuperative heat exchanger and the vacuum gauge in turn. The pre-cooling heat exchanger is coupled with the pre-cooling refrigerator equipped with the first temperature sensor. The system of the present invention has a simple and reasonable structure. By a bypass needle valve, without changing the original operating conditions, the internal operating parameters of the hybrid cryogenic system in the extremely-low temperature ranges are appropriately regulated, and it can provide wider regulation performance and great application prospects.
