[Patent Abstract]

The present invention discloses a structure and manufacturing method of a linear pulse tube cryocooler coupled with infrared devices. The structure comprises a main base, a compressor, connecting tubes, a linear pulse tube cold finger, a phase shifter, a cold finger supporting shell, a flexible heat-conducting belt assembly, a columnar cold chain, a cold chain reinforcement support, a device cooling platform, infrared devices, a cold shield and a Dewar. The coupling structure of the invention can be used to conveniently extract cooling power from the cold end of the linear pulse tube cryocooler and realize efficient transfer of cooling power from the cold end of the cryocooler to the infrared devices. The present invention has a compact structure and low cooling loss, and has a very positive significance for enhancing the reliability of the linear pulse tube cryocooler and the practical application of cooling infrared devices.
