[Patent Abstract]

The present invention discloses a testing device and manufacturing method of axial stiffness of scroll flexure springs in a linear compressor. The testing device comprises an upper cover, a base, a pull rod, outer washers, inner washers, a compression nut, outer gaskets, and inner gaskets. The inner and outer edges of the scroll flexure springs are fixed by the testing device, ensuring that the force directions of both edges are strictly axial and reversely parallel, thereby minimizing force offset and bending deformation caused by scroll flexure springs when testing axial stiffness. In order to accurately measure the displacement, corresponding strength value and change trend of flexure spring after the axial force, it provides accurate comparison and reference basis of measured data for the design and manufacturing of scroll flexure springs. The present invention has great significance for the optimal design of scroll flexure springs and the development of the linear compressors.
