[Patent Abstract]

The present invention discloses a standard Dewar and manufacturing method for measuring the refrigeration performance of coaxial pulse tube cryocoolers. The standard Dewar comprises a vacuum shell, measurement base, corrugated pipes, wire holder, pumping port, adjusting ring, installation base, columnar thermometer, and heating plate. The device integrates the functions of the vacuum shell, heating plate, and the thermometer, the refrigeration performance of coaxial pulse tube cryocoolers within a certain size range can be measured and evaluated conveniently and quickly. This design minimizes interference factors in comparing refrigeration performance among different coaxial pulse tube cryocoolers, and makes the refrigeration performance of different coaxial pulse tube cryocoolers more scientifically comparable. Additionally, it saves the time and resources for measuring the refrigeration performance of cryocoolers, and greatly improves the efficiency of measurement.
