[Patent Abstract]

The present invention discloses a vacuum valve device and manufacturing method that can open and close freely and achieve high airtightness. The device comprises a handle, compression nuts, valve core, compression ring, upper sealing, valve body, gear nuts, anti-loosening screws, lower sealing, and vacuum joint. The device is installed between the vacuum chamber at the cold end of a cryocooler and a vacuum pump with negative-pressure exhaust, controlling the transition between static vacuum and dynamic vacuum environments within the vacuum chamber. The device features few components, easy operation, and simple maintenance, achieving safe, reliable, and oil-free dynamic sealing effect. This present invention device can effectively resolve the contradiction between frequent opening and closing and maintaining high airtightness in the vacuum chamber of cryocoolers. The present invention has positive significance for the practical application of cryocoolers.
