The high cooling capacity cryogen-free mK dilution refrigerator is currently almost the only type of cryogenic refrigerator that provides the millikelvin environment for superconducting quantum computing, quantum cryogenic properties research and other fields.
We developed a cryogen-free mK dilution refrigerator with a full-technology chain and high cooling capacity. The actual machine successfully achieved a no-load temperature of 7 mK and the cooling capacity of more than 1,200 μW at 100 mK. Among them, the self-developed pre-cooling pulse tube cryocooler has the cooling capacity of more than 2.8 W at 4.2 K, the indicators have reached the international advanced standards. The dilution refrigerator is among the best commercial products in the world. The achievement provides solid support for superconducting quantum computing and fundamental quantum research.
