The high-capacity pulse tube cryocooler operating at liquid helium temperature can be used alone for cooling low-Tc superconducting magnets, and it is also the key pre-cooling stage of the cryogen-free dilution refrigerator. Micro and small-to-medium-scale pulse tube cryocoolers have been practically applied in aerospace, but the high-capacity one operating in the liquid helium temperature range is not still mature enough, which hinders its application in superconducting quantum.
To promote the development of quantum science and technology, we launched the 2.8 W@4.2 K model, whose comprehensive performance is among the best products commercially acquired, thereby laying a solid foundation for its application in quantum technology.
Performance characteristics:
•Base temperature: ≤2.2 K
•Second-stage cooling capacity: ≥2.8 W@4.2 K
•First-stage cooling capacity: ≥58 W@45 K
•Cooling from ambient temperature to 4.2 K: ≤60 mins
•MTBF ≥80,000 h
