This invention belongs to the field of mechanical manufacturing technology and discloses an irregularly shaped cold shield suitable for the cryocoolers. It includes an outer casing, a filter on the top of which is located, a cold head inside the casing, and an irregularly shaped cold shield body and a sensor chip fixedly mounted on the top surface of the cold head. A vacuum shroud is located at the lower outer end of the outer casing, with a suction port at its lower end. A flange and a lead ring are sequentially fixed to the upper end of the outer wall of the outer casing. This invention, through the coordinated structure of the cold head and sensor chip, allows the irregularly shaped cold shield to be directly fixed to the cold head of the cryogenic refrigerator. This enables some of the cooling energy to be transferred to the irregularly shaped cold shield through heat transfer, reducing its own temperature and minimizing thermal radiation interference with the sensor chip signal. Furthermore, the blackbody on the inner surface of the casing absorbs stray radiation energy reflected from the surface of the sensor chip, reducing the impact of stray radiation energy on the sensor chip signal.
