This invention relates to the field of cryogenic engineering, and discloses an integrated jet-throttling extremely-low temperature cold head device, comprising: a main ejector, a limiting clamp, a secondary ejector, a low-pressure connector, an orifice plate, a throttling connector, and an evaporator. This invention utilizes the main ejector to accelerate the high-pressure fluid, while maintaining the pressure difference between the fluid in the evaporator and the low-pressure channel through throttling via the orifice plate. The secondary ejector mixes and accelerates the high-pressure fluid and the fluid in the evaporator, causing a secondary pressure drop in the fluid within the evaporator. This ensures that the pressure within the evaporator is further lower than that in the low-pressure channel, achieving a lower cooling temperature and reducing the low-pressure channel's pressure requirements. Furthermore, the integrally welded sealing method ensures the compactness and integration of the ejector and evaporator, which has very positive significance for the practical application of extremely-low temperature throttling refrigerators.
